Powerlon

Powerlon UltraPerm is a range of high performance breathable underlays for all pitched roof designs and wall applications (timber frame). It is tough, durable and tear resistant with exceptional water vapour permeability and hydrophobic (water repellent) characteristics.

Each roll is supplied fully comprehensive label with detailed installation instructions and a colour-coded map for geographical suitability per wind zone and membrane grade.

Powerlon UltraPerm is a non-woven composite membrane available with and without integrated self-adhesive strips. With preprinted marking lines for both roof pitch and overlaps for supported and unsupported roofs. This makes installation quicker and easier.

Powerlon UltraPerm universal breather membranes are BBA Certified (Certificate 13/5037). This Agrément Certificate relates to Powerlon UltraPerm, for use as breather membranes in timber-frame walls with a cavity and a masonry outer leaf, weatherboarding or tile/slate cladding; for use as roof tile underlays in cold, non-ventilated pitched roof systems; and for use as roof tile underlays in warm non-ventilated and cold ventilated pictched roof systems.

Powerlon UltraPerm has CE Marking for "Flexible sheets for waterproofing – Underlays for discontinuous roofs (EN 13859-1:2010) and walls (EN 13859-2: 2010)"

Powerlon UV Low Pitch is a high performance, breathable membrane with exceptional UV resistance and CE Marking. The technically advanced, engineered material issuitable for shallow pitched roofs, with a pitch of 5 degrees and over. It has a 10-year guarantee* and is flame retardant to DIN 4102 B1.
