1) The Frank Howard Tools & Fixings Ltd website does not take or process sensitive payment information such as credit card details.  We use Paypal as our Payment Gateway.  Paypal is one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world and provides customers with excellent data security and fraud protection.

If you don't have a Paypal account that isn't a problem, once you are transferred to the secure Paypal page look for a link in the bottom left of the main text that allows you to pay directly by Credit/Debit Card.  Frank Howard Tools & Fixings Ltd will never see or store you card details giving you that extra peace of mind which we feel is important for our online customers

Returns & Refunds Procedure
You may return any of the goods delivered to you within 30 days of the date of delivery. Returns must be made to our returns address at your own cost and risk. Any sum debited to Frank Howard Tools & Fixings LTD from your credit card. Will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible for any such returned goods PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by Frank Howard Tools & Fixings LTD in the condition they were in when delivered to you. i.e. A resaleable condition. Any goods delivered to you which were damaged / defective or as of a result of our error, a refund of your delivery cost will be made.

Once you have notified Frank Howard Tools & Fixings LTD of a problem of this nature. Our obligation to you will be at our discretion:

a: To make good any shortage and or non-delivery.
b: To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.
c: To refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
